I love working with Flycatch primarily for its culture for its openness. We can communicate ideas freely at Flycatch and if those ideas are good enough it is generally made into actionable goals. Last but not the least the kind of friendly atmosphere they create, that is something great it is all transparent here which i feel which make Flycatch different from other competitors.

It's been almost 2 years since I started working for Flycatch. Looking back, I've had an exciting journey with them so far and made some great friends (expanding). Coming from a different academic background and technical expertise, it was considerate of them to give me an opportunity to prove my mettle. I've had opportunities to work closely with the management, and I can say that their vision is to deliver quality.
