One year ago today, Flycatch was founded with the goal of helping our clients create their future through sustainable innovation in the world of digitization using state-of-the-art technologies at an affordable cost. We remain firmly committed to this goal and will do everything within our power to make this happen.

Below we have collected some of our most memorable moments from the last year. As we look back, we would like to thank our esteemed customers who trusted in our capability and quality, Flycatch family, supporters, and all those who believed in what we are working so hard to accomplish. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to an exciting future.

It was a metamorphic journey for Flycatch over the last few years, even before the birth of the Flycatch logo. The very essence of Flycatch DNA had been embedded within another well-established software service provider until 2020, where our operations were consolidated under a bigger umbrella. Eventually, Flycatch started to fly on its own and was incorporated as an independent entity with its Red and Black identity, proving that we never deviate from our ethics, which we would never compromise.

As an independent entity, Flycatch officially started operations on March 11th with 3 employees. A small group with big dreams, facing many challenges and uncertainties but united with a common goal of building an amazing company. A company that offers jobs to the youth, holds social responsibility, and provides quality services to our clients based on strong ethical beliefs.

We’ve tailored smart systems and automations that streamline our operations, HR, and delivery processes. As a result, we were able to build our own identity and cultivate the "Flycatch culture" in a very short span of time. Our team's hard work and new ways of engaging with clients brought great business opportunities beyond what a small company could have imagined.

Like other companies in the global market, the pandemic had a significant impact on our marketing and operations. The struggle to hire continued for months, and team growth seemed unrealistic in the near future. Being labeled a start-up affected our ability to attract senior technologists. On the business side, we were approached by several ventures for multiple projects, but the pandemic climate turned many of these opportunities down. We were disappointed by these setbacks, but the global situation allowed us to use the time to build internal competencies and formulate Flycatch flagship products. We believe in the mantra: "In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity."

However, the last six months have been transformative for us. We’ve made significant changes in our approach, business, and team strength. We’ve secured amazing opportunities with two of the top pharmaceutical giants and insurance providers in the US and Middle East markets, which is remarkable for a venture of our size and identity. We are targeting to grow our team to 40 members by the end of 2021.

We are incredibly proud of our unconventional startup journey, built on concrete strategies, systems, and processes shaped by advice from top-level executives of reputed MNCs. To quote an inspiring line from one of my colleagues: "We are 101% confident that our dreams will come into fruition tomorrow, paying us back for all our efforts." And here we are, ready to fly together and help you achieve your dreams.

On this special occasion, I would like to thank all our clients who supported us during the crisis, our dearest colleagues — the real pillars of Flycatch who stood by us through ups and downs — and our supporters across the world.
